Sterling Manhattan Spray Foam Insulation, manhattansprayfoaminsulation.com, hello@manhattansprayfoaminsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Sterling Manhattan Spray Foam Insulation website and any estimate, visit or work you arrange with us through it. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them, so please read them before you call or send a request.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site. You can still reach us on the contact page with questions before you decide.

What we do

Sterling Manhattan Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Manhattan, KS, serving homes and businesses in Manhattan and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in and batt insulation, insulation removal, air sealing, and crawl space and vapor barrier work. We're licensed and insured.

The service descriptions on our home page and elsewhere on the site are general information. The work we'll actually do at your property is what's written in your estimate or agreement, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates, and there's no pressure to book. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the day, such as the size of the space, how much insulation is already there, its condition and how easy the area is to reach.

Some conditions only show up once the job is open, like wet or damaged old insulation, pest droppings, hidden gaps or framing problems. If we find something that changes the scope or the price, we'll stop and talk with you before doing extra work, and nothing extra is billed without your OK.

Any price or range shown on the website is general information, not a quote. Your written estimate is the price we stand behind, for the period it states.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material supply, crew safety and what we find on site can move a start date, and if that happens we'll let you know as soon as we can and offer the next open slot.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to clear stored items from attics, crawl spaces and walls we're working on. For spray foam jobs, you also agree to follow our instructions and the product maker's instructions about leaving the house and when people and pets can come back inside, because those rules are there to protect your household.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at (785) 236-2032 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials for your job or the crew has arrived, your estimate or agreement may set out a charge for those costs.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are written in your estimate or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we may pause further work until the account is current and add any late fees or collection costs that Kansas law allows and your agreement states.

Warranties and disclaimers

Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with something we did, call us and we'll come back and look at it with you.

Insulation products carry their own warranties from the companies that make them, and those warranties are between you and the maker. We'll pass along any product warranty information we receive for your job.

The website itself is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but general information about insulation, energy use or comfort isn't advice for your specific house, and we don't promise any particular result on your power bill. Your estimate is where we tell you what to expect from your job.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Kansas law allows, Sterling Manhattan Spray Foam Insulation isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses tied to your use of this website, or for problems caused by conditions in your home that existed before our work and weren't part of the job.

For any claim about work we performed, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that Kansas law says can't be limited.

Settling a disagreement

If something goes wrong, please call us first, because most problems get sorted out faster on the phone or with a return visit. We'll work with you in good faith to fix it.

If we can't resolve it together within 30 days, either of us may take the matter to small claims court or to the state or federal courts in Kansas.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Work already under a signed estimate or agreement follows the terms in that document.

You can learn more about our crew on the about page. For questions about these terms, call (785) 236-2032, Mon–Fri: 8 AM–10 PM, Sat–Sun: 7 AM–9 PM, or send us a note through the contact form. Expect a reply within 1 business day.
